Returns & Refund Policy

At Leonida Vice Syndicate, every piece of our premium streetwear is custom-printed exactly when you order it. Because our apparel is made-to-order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before securing your gear.

1. Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse

Because all products are custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or process exchanges for incorrect size choices, color preferences, or general buyer's remorse.

  • Size Guide: We strongly encourage you to review our Size Chart on the product page before placing an order.

  • Size Tolerance: Please note that a standard manufacturing measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches exists for all apparel products; variations within this limit are not classified as defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We want your gear to be flawless. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage from transit, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

  • 7-Day Window: You must report the issue to our support team within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Proof for Claims (Unboxing Video)

To claim a refund or replacement for a defective or damaged product, our production partners require strict visual proof.

  • The Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear unboxing video of the package being opened, along with photos of the defective product and the original packaging.

  • No Video, No Refund: If you do not provide an unboxing video, we cannot verify the cause of the damage, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

  • Courier Damage: If the package appears damaged when the courier hands it to you, please clearly note the damage in the delivery remarks before signing for it.

4. Print Colors vs. Screen Colors

We use world-class digital DTG printing technology. However, because screens display colors in RGB and printers use CMYK inks, there may be slight differences between what you see on your monitor and the actual printed garment. Minor color variations are standard and are not considered a defect eligible for a refund.

5. Lost in Transit

If your package is lost during shipping, we've got you covered.

  • We will issue a replacement or a refund once the courier's tracking status officially confirms the item is lost.

  • If your package has not been attempted for delivery within 15 days (via Air) or 20 days (via Surface), please contact us immediately.

6. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

If the courier is unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If the package is returned because you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to reship the order to the correct address.

  • Storage Limit: Returned orders are only held at our facility for 100 days. If you do not pay for reshipping within this timeframe, the items will be discarded, and no refunds will be provided.
